You can now search your candidate database just by typing a plain question

Instead of manually filtering spreadsheets or scrolling through WhatsApp chats, recruiters using a new platform called EzRecruit.ai can now simply type a plain-language question to search their candidate database.

The conversational search tool is one of several AI features built into EzRecruit, an ‘Agency Operating System’ launched by DeepTalent Technologies for India’s estimated 60,000 recruitment consultants and placement agencies. The platform also includes automated resume parsing, WhatsApp-based interview scheduling and real-time leadership dashboards, applying AI across the entire recruitment cycle.

Unlike conventional applicant tracking systems, which are typically built for corporate HR teams running a single hiring funnel, EzRecruit is designed around how consultancies actually work, managing multiple client mandates simultaneously. ‘We didn’t build EzRecruit to help agencies work harder. We built it to help them see and reduce the cost hidden inside every profile they submit,’ said Richa Bajaj, founder of DeepTalent Technologies.

The company has seen adoption among agencies in India as well as early interest from recruitment consultants in the United States and Dubai, with Hyderabad-based recruitment and staffing firm eSoft Labs reporting improved delivery capacity and better leadership visibility into performance.
